These are the rules you will abide by, follow them, for they are your friends. However if you become enemies with them, you will soon learn that you are banned and gone from this little project here.

We do ask that you register with the account that is for your character, and that you use their first and or last name, this is not essential however, just optional.
+ Please read all of the rules and threads found within the Disciples of the Faith board and Plot + Update boards before posting any where else

--- general rules+ No abuse of swearing, the occasional swear word here and there is okay and quite acceptable since we rate this board above PG. However an entire post laced with profanities is going quite a bit overboard and being over dramatic. We aren't pirates and saliors, we are pilot's so lets talk like them.
+ Please keep any Text and L33t typing to a bare miniumum. Its bearable to read the text speak in the chat box or the occasional OCC comments. However it can be anoything if it is found else where so please use it sparingly.
+ No Advertising [or affilating] in the incorrect boards, or in your profile. This means please use the assigned board to sponsor yourself and affilate with out project, if you even dare to spam in the cbox I am sure you will be flamed, which you won't like.
+ Respect other members. Please do not fight amongst the other members or flame others, or even get into an argument perod. We are on this project for fun, not to create a sasuagefest of hatred.
+ When you join Rainbow Paradise, you have two weeks to post and finish and application before begin deemed inactive and having the rights to the rank stripped from you. In addition if you don't rp or remain active on the forum itself, a similar punishment is used for we don't want to hold up a position on an inactive user.

--- character creation guidelines
+ Your profile must be accepted before you can go around in the the world and role play, rping in the other board is deemed fine however.
+ All custom created weapon's, armour, and equipment also must be approved before being used.
+ Once a profile has been accepted, or any other means of getting an item approval for the masses, you can not claim the item back as your own, once its apart of Rainbow Paradise it remains apart of PORP.
+ Within this role play, things will seem to be in real life, at least sort of. The rules code word is ray=out. There will be lots of fight, gore and swearing even cute relationships between characters and the liking. So if you do not condone such behaviors, then you better turn around and head for the door.
+ We request that you post a minimum of two good sized paragraphs, for each post with your character. We do not want to see any one liners.
+ All posts should be written out in third person and past tense, just like you would fine in a book. If you are have issues or troubles with this feel fine to pm a staff member for aid, an example of past tense is, " Ciel found himself trapped within the cage as he brushed his hands across the rustic bars."
+ No Mary-Sue's. Or the male equivalent. Just no.
+ Don't even attempt to make your character god-like in status. Everyone has a weakness, even the Nirvash, you know I speak the truth.
+ No Power Playing. For those of you who do not know what this is, Power playing, (P-Ping), is the term used for when a player controls another player's character.
+ If the need to speak OOC, (out of character), arises, you may do so, but try to use common sense about it. Do not stop in the middle of an action to speak OOC. Make it clear where you're OOC and where you're IC, (in character). Generally, double parenthesis or double brackets work. Ex: (()) or [[]].

+ You may not copy your profiles or applications from another source such as Wikipedia or another users profile from another site. If it is discovered that you have plagiarized your persona or history or other parts of your profile you will be given a stern talking to and warning. If you plagiarize again, you will be banned without a warning, after all its a crime worthy of punishment.
+ Also you can only have ONE character per account so if you want to have a second, third or fourth character you have to make a more accounts.
+ For now on if you reserve a character or start on an application you have to finish that character and rp with them for a week before being eligible to drop them. By rp we mean actually taking an active role in a thread with them not just waiting around for the week to pass or just posting an rp once with them and that's it. If a week passes and you have been active with the character and find you still wish to drop the character you must then pm an admin giving a legit reason as to why you're dropping them. Just so you know saying "I don't want to rp them" or "I don't like this character" isn't a legit reason.

+ You may have, instead of a signature, no more than 8 avatars in your signature area.
+ It is recommended that you have a face claim for your character. Just makes things easier.
+ After acceptance, you must have at least an avatar up. Why? I don't know, it just makes things look more interesting. If you don't, we'll gladly find one for you. Something horribly embarrassing I think.
