Information is limited on Ibaraki, Kensei. It has been confirmed that solider I-00273-493 enlisted under false pretenses; when Ibaraki enlisted he did so listed as being 18 when in fact he was 16. This error was not discovered until I-00273-493 was 18, he was penalized for the violation, sentenced to five years in state prison. Due to his impeccable military record and achievements as well as his good behavior Ibaraki was released back to active status after serving a week of his sentence. While serving his sentence Ibaraki received two piercings as well as two tattoos. Since he was still under an enlisted status these actions were in violation to his contract; a fee of 700 credits was charged to Ibaraki.

After being released Ibaraki resumed his active duties and carried out his missions with a 97% success rate up until he was reported missing in action.
